Baseball Update:
- The "A" baseball game tonight (8/27) will start at 5:00.
- The game vs. Saratoga has been rescheduled for Thursday 8/29 at 4:30.

The A and B baseball games for tonight have been cancelled. The rescheduled date is TBD.
The B softball game vs. Wilmington has also been cancelled. This game will not be rescheduled.

The softball game tonight is CANCELLED. Both games will be made up tomorrow (8/21) and start at 3:30. B team @ MVK and A team @ Home.
Kindergarten Parents are invited to the Kindergarten Parent only Meeting tonight beginning at 5:30. Enter at the main entrance and we will begin in the North Gym. See you tonight!

First day for K-8 students is Wed August 21st. This is a half day for students, with dismissal at North Campus at 11:25 and South at 11:35.
Thurs August 22nd is a full day for students. North Campus will dismiss now at 2:50 and South remains 2:56

The start of school will soon be here! Back to School Open House will be Tuesday August 20, 2019. North Campus will be from 5-6 and South 6-7 Come to drop off supplies, meet your teachers and enjoy some ice cream
Baseball tryouts will start Monday 8/5 from 11:30 - 1:30 at the SGS baseball field. Please have all paperwork submitted in order to participate. If you have any questions please contact the Athletic Director, Mr. Holman, at jholman@sgs170.org. We hope to see you there!
Reminder that softball tryouts will be tomorrow at 8:30 at South Campus. There will still be practice if it rains. Please have athletes bring tennis shoes.
Cross Country practice will begin on Friday, August 9th @ 7:30 AM (not August 5th like originally planned). Please make sure all paperwork is up to date in order to participate. Any athletes wanting to join should show up on the 9th. New/updated schedules will be handed out.
Popsicles on the Playground was a success! The weather was perfect for us to play and visit. Big thanks to the families and teachers that were able to join us. I look forward to seeing everyone at our Back to School Open House Tuesday August 20th!
