PSO

YES we are doing a "spring" order for Seneca Grade School Spirit wear. Order forms will go home the week of February 6th, and all order forms plus money will be due to the offices by Friday, February 24, 2012. Checks can be made out to SGS PSO, cash is also accepted :)
New Spirit Wear order form for Spring of 2012

This design will be on the all shirts and then on the shorts in white ink.

This design will be on the sweat pants or the flannel bottoms (goes down the leg), whichever you purchase in white ink.
We are working with a new vendor for the spring line. There are a few additional items we are offering, that were not on the fall/winter order form. Please check out the items, and make note that there is ONLY ONE style for the front of the shirts, and on the shorts. There is another design for the sweat pants and flannel bottoms. There is a "wind breaker" offered that will have the same design as the shirts, however it will be embroidered.
Please make sure you check your color choice and mark sizes accordingly - if you need "YOUTH" you need to mark it as YOUTH - there are NO item numbers with this order.
Any questions please contact Nadine Maierhofer at nadinem@sgs170.org.
On a personal note I would like to thank everyone that has supported SGS in purchasing time and time again our spirit wear. We have had some difficult issues with different companies, yet the parents and families of SGS continually support their children and the teams by purchasing and wearing our spirit wear.

Below is a list of some of the activities that Seneca Grade School PSO runs. Feel free to contact any of the officers, listed further on down, if you would like to help with any of these events. Thank you!
Concessions start up with the first home basketball game! PSO will offer a concession stand at all home basketball, volleyball, and track meets; provided there is help from the parents. As each sport season begins you will be asked as a parent to help volunteer your time in running the concession stand. If you are a parent of a 7th grader you will then sign up for the 8th grade time slot, and then if you are a parent of an 8th grader you will then in turn sign up to work a 7th grade time slot. That way all parents get to see their child play, as well as support the rest of his/her team.
Head Chairs for this year's Concession stand will be:
Girls Basketball - Lori Haines
Boys Basketball -
Volleyball - Lori Haines
Track -
The PSO also sponsors a least a couple bake sales throughout the school year as well.
Head Chair for Bakes Sales is: Margi Weber

The walk-a-thon raises quite a bit of money for the PSO, thanks to all the sponsors out there! Some of this money even gets used towards the 8th grade class trip! Which means that it is not just for Pre-K-4th grade, it is open to ALL students of SGS! A minimum donation of $10 is required to receive prizes of any kind. Watch your child's backpack February of 2012 for information about our next Walk-a-thon
